Psychotherapy is a powerful and transformative process for addressing psychological and emotional challenges. As a counselling psychologist, I am dedicated to assisting individuals over the age of 18 in navigating everyday life challenges. This process empowers them to explore various aspects of themselves including their thoughts emotions and coping strategies ultimately leading to self-awareness and improved self-regulation. This enables them to effectively address challenges such as:

  • Relationship dynamics

  • Bereavement and grief

Performance lifestyle coaching

 

Performance lifestyle coaching can be described as an activity designed to facilitate professional and personal development for individual growth and enhanced performance. I adopt a collaborative approach with clients to develop cutting edge interventions designed to meet these aims. Typical interventions include individual consultation or psychological skills training programs with teams. The goals for interventions can vary from establishing a unified team philosophy or team cohesion, improving communication quality and flow or building self-regulation skills for peak performance.
